The Astro Tool 616336 (M22520/7-01) is a premium military-grade hand crimping tool fully qualified to the active SAE AS22520/7-01 specification. Designed for ultra-high-reliability wire harness fabrication across aerospace, tactical defense, and critical commercial electronics networks, this frame deploys a precision 8-indent configuration to securely lock machined pin and socket contacts. Featuring an internal cycle-controlled ratchet mechanism that prevents tool release until full crimp indentation depth is met, it serves as a direct equivalent to the DMC MH860 to ensure absolute repeatability.
